Chief Minister Bommai announced Karnataka’s Budget 2023 in Bengaluru
This budget is CM Basavaraj Bommai’s second budget and the BJP government’s last in the current term. CM has termed the Budget people-centric and pro-people.
“On the budget day in Karnataka, opposition leader Siddaramaiah with other Congress leaders came to the Assembly with flowers on their ears claiming that the BJP Government has cheated people and made fools by not fulfilling the promises made as per previous Budget”
CM Bommai has given counter to Congress budget promises for Women and Farmers which were not fulfilled, Now CM has focused on Women, Farmers, and Youngsters to give a bumper gift and availed the budget in hope of satisfaction for all the sectors.
In the budget, CM Bommai has announced plans to construct the RAM MANDIR in Ramanagar District with a strong JDS vote. Focused on renovations of Temples and Mutts in the next 2 years with an expenditure of Rupees 1000 crore for Ram mandir and Rupees 425 Crore for the renovation of temples and mutts.
For the Education sector, CM Bommai said that there will be an emphasis on the Kannada Language where it will be easy to translate and attend the exams for all professional courses.
In Budget 2023 ‘SHRAMA SHAKTHI’ yojana was introduced, Women will get financial assistance of Rupees 500/- every month for landless women and farmers as a direct benefit.
CM Bommai introduced INTEREST-FREE Loans for farmers from 3 lakhs to 5 lakh rupees in the coming financial year. Karnataka will provide free coaching for ASPIRING AGNIVEERS for up to 10,000 Youths from SC, ST, and other minority communities.
The budget focused to provide Loans up to Rupees 20 lakh for education with 0% interest to study Graduation and Postgraduation Abroad.
CM Basavaraj Bommai has announced a friendly Budget ahead of the election in a few months.
Also, a key point was mentioned for Bengaluru’s traffic Woes and flooding issues, as earlier this week Bengaluru was ranked second among the most traffic cities in the World.
